Why pay for a meal plan when recipes are free?
Free recipes list ingredients. Ours plan, shop, and balance. The plan sizes your calories and protein, swaps in what you already own, and becomes a one-tap grocery list. That is a coach, not a search result. $/meal lands below a coffee — and the plan that builds itself is what you are paying for.

How do you know what I need?
You set weight, height, age, activity, and goal during onboarding. The plan sizes portions and a daily protein target, then nudges weekly from your weigh-ins and journal. No macro math at the table, no calculator before breakfast. You tune the plan — the plan tunes itself from there.

Is this safe on a GLP-1?
Yes. Plans are built for small-appetite days — lean protein first, fiber-forward sides, gentle carbs, smaller portions. We flag low-calorie weeks, hydrate cues, and electrolytes. Coaching+ routes you to a dietitian trained in titration-phase nutrition so the plan matches where you are in the dose.

Can I get enough protein plant-based?
Yes. Every plan seeds tofu, tempeh, lentils, soy yogurt, and pea-protein blends to clear your daily target. Recipes combine complements — grains with legumes, soy with rice — so you do not have to track per meal. Coaching+ members can ask their dietitian to bias the plan further toward vegan sources.

How long does this take on a weeknight?
20-minute default. Every recipe shows active versus total time, and the week is balanced so no day is the long one. Filter to 10-minute or sheet-pan only when life gets loud, and the next Sunday menu shifts around it. The grocery list is sized so prep is the only timer, not the shopping run.
